Sunpass Spiral Wound Gasket is a high-performance industrial flange sealing solution made from a pre-formed thin metallic strip combined with a soft sealing filler material, tightly wound in a spiral structure under controlled pressure.

This unique design allows the gasket to behave like a spring when compressed between two flange faces, ensuring excellent resilience and long-term sealing reliability under high pressure and high temperature conditions.

The sealing element can be used as a standalone component or combined with inner and/or outer rings depending on application requirements.

Construction of Sunpass Spiral Wound Gasket

The Sunpass Spiral Wound Gasket consists of:
