Product Introduction

Sunpass PFA Encapsulated O-Ring is a premium industrial sealing product designed with an elastomer core enclosed by a seamless outer shell made of PFA or FEP (modified PTFE fluoropolymer).

The inner core can be manufactured from FKM (Viton), EPDM, or FFKM depending on application requirements. The outer PFA/FEP shell provides excellent protection against aggressive chemicals, solvents, and extreme operating conditions.

These O-rings are intended exclusively for static sealing applications. Any movement or abrasive media may damage the encapsulation layer.

Sunpass PFA Encapsulated O-Ring consists of two main components:

• Inner Core: FKM / EPDM / FFKM
